Our classic full body class. Targeting all major muscle groups of the body. Perfect for those with busy schedules looking for a quality workout with unparalleled results.

MEGAx

These MEGAx themed classes are a part of our ever-evolving series focusing on different muscle groups including:

 Arms&Abs, Core Sculpt, Abs&Booty, etc.

MEGAx 会在每个季度推出不同系列的新型课程。每个课程会注重不同部位的肌肉群体,例如: Arms&Abs 会着重腹部和手臂肌肉线条而 Abs&Booty 是注重腹部和臀部肌肉的课程。从而集中有效的帮助大家达到局部需求的塑形。

MEGAlite

An introduction to Lagree, perfect for those with no prior experience on the Megaformer. This 60 minute class includes demonstrations to all Megaformer movements and an introduction to Megaformer anatomy. Expect some break time in between blocks. Move difficulty is similar to that of MEGA45.

**Recommended 3-5 MEGAlite classes before MEGA45.

这项基础课程适合首次参加Megaformer运动的学员。60分钟的课程带有教练示范动作和讲解器械的环节。在循序渐进的课程中,新学员可以掌握正确的运动姿势,并逐渐提高耐力。

MEGA-1

Our private 1-on-1 class is available upon request for those who have personalized ​fitness goals or would prefer a closed studio setting. We also recommend the MEGA-1 for students with specific injuries or pregnancies requiring extensive modifications.
