MEGAx

These MEGAx themed classes are a part of our ever-evolving series focusing on different muscle groups including:

 Arms&Abs, Core Sculpt, Abs&Booty, etc.

MEGAx 会在每个季度推出不同系列的新型课程。每个课程会注重不同部位的肌肉群体,例如: Arms&Abs 会着重腹部和手臂肌肉线条而 Abs&Booty 是注重腹部和臀部肌肉的课程。从而集中有效的帮助大家达到局部需求的塑形。

MEGAintro

An introduction to Lagree, perfect for those with no prior experience on the Megaformer. The class will have a slower pace than MEGA45 and focus on mastering form for key Megaformer moves. 

**Recommended 3-5 MEGAintro classes before MEGA45.

这项基础课程适合首次参加Megaformer运动的学员。在循序渐进的课程中,新学员可以掌握正确的运动姿势,并逐渐提高耐力。

MEGA-1

Our private 1-on-1 class is available upon request for those who have personalized ​fitness goals or would prefer a closed studio setting. We also recommend the MEGA-1 for students with specific injuries requiring extensive modifications.
